New England Stuck by Snow Storm

New England has been receiving heavy snowfall, the snow has been dumped in this region of about 3 feet.  Most of the population is suffering from power cuts and many of the residents are unable to open their front doors of their house due to the huge 3 feet sheet of snow covering.
